All prices are listed in NZD and you will be charged in NZD.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not happy with your purchase upon receiving the goods, you may return or exchange the item/s. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in brand new condition, un-worn with tags attached.

If you require to return an item, please follow the process below;

  1. Email sales@sumarthelabel.com within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. Include the following information in your email; Item details, reason of return/exchange and proof of purchase.
  3. Once your return is received we will be in touch to confirm.

Faulty Goods: If you receive an item that is faulty, we will repair or replace the item where possible. If this is not possible you will be rewarded the option of a full refund, exchange or store credit. Faulty returns will be assessed, goods damaged due to wear and tear will not be replaced.

SALE GOODS

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any sale goods, please be sure of your purchase.


MADE TO ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
We require a 50% deposit to get your order underway.
Remaining 50% paid upon completion of your garment, prior to shipping/collection.

TIMEFRAME
We ensure to complete your order within 6 weeks of receiving the deposit, this can be flexible and we do our best to accomodate if you wish to receive your garment sooner. Please make this known as soon as possible if you require it earlier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON MADE-TO-ORDER GOODS
As each made-to-order garment is cut and sewn especially for you, we unfortunately are unable to offer returns. We do ensure your garment is made to fit well through fittings and measurements, however if upon receiving your garment you are not entirely happy please get in touch within 7 days and we can do our best to accomodate any issues.

If you receive your garment faulty, we will repair or replace the item where possible. If this is not possible you will be rewarded the option of a full refund, exchange or store credit. Faulty returns will be assessed, goods damaged due to wear and tear will not be replaced.

We may be able to accomodate an exchange, this however is subject to availability and dealt with on a case by case basis. If you receive your item and wish to enquire about an exchange you must make contact within 7 days of receiving the goods.
